What methods of Payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, checks,
and money orders.
Do I have to order online?
No, you do have the option to fax your order in @ 630-232-8341,
24-hours a day. Phone orders will also be taken
@ 630-232-8340 or 1-800-842-4352, 9:00am 5:00pm,
Monday through Friday.
When will my order be shipped?
Due to current high volumes, some orders are taking longer than anticipated to ship. Christmas Delivery can not be guaranteed for orders received after December 10th.
All delivery charges will
be applied to the first of multiple shipments.
Where will you ship to?
We will ship to anywhere in the United States, we are
sorry but we do not ship Internationally.
What are my shipping options?
Regular shipping will be UPS ground. Normally your
order will arrive within 35 days after it is shipped.

Can I return an item that I ordered?
Yes, we will accept returns up to 30 days after purchase.
You must include the packing slip and the reason for return.
Sorry, shipping & handling fees are not refundable
on returns and you must pay for return shipping.
