What methods of Payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, checks, and money orders.

Do I have to order online?
No, you do have the option to fax your order in @ 630-232-8341, 24-hours a day.  Phone orders will also be taken @ 630-232-8340 or 1-800-842-4352, 9:00am – 5:00pm, Monday through Friday.

When will my order be shipped?

Most in-stock items are usually shipped within 24-hours of receiving the order.  All delivery charges will be applied to the first of multiple shipments.

Where will you ship to?

We will ship to anywhere in the United States, we are sorry but we do not ship Internationally.

What are my shipping options?
Regular shipping will be UPS ground.  Normally your order will arrive within 3–5 days after it is shipped.

Other options include:
"Express" (3 day UPS Select), the cost is $10 extra.
"Express Plus" (2nd Day UPS Air), the cost is $15 extra.

Can I return an item that I ordered?
Yes, we will accept returns up to 30 days after purchase.  You must include the packing slip and the reason for return.  Sorry, shipping & handling fees are not refundable on returns and you must pay for return shipping.
